Coldwell-Brook project Coldwell-Brook Oxfordshire

Busy Site

Coldwell Brook - 10th November 2022

This is our busiest site at the moment, with guys working all over this large scale project. The huge two story wing has progressed fast and we’ve already completed the walls and roof, windows, first fix electrics and plumbing. The space is currently being plaster boarded.

Cottage Attic Conversion

Gray Cottage - 4th November 2022

The loft conversion is progressing well, with dormer windows & extensions in place. The plastering of the new bedroom is looking great, particularly with the angles and lines around the new windows. The ensuite has been plasterboarded, so not far behind.

Masonry Work Well Underway

The Malthouse - 12th October 2022

The masonry work is well underway at the Malt House, with the Cotswold stone walls looking particularly beautiful. A great addition to a beautiful home.

Hefty Steel Frame

Paythorne - 10th October 2022

The hefty steel frame for the new extension is fully installed and ready for the masonry work to begin. Along with the new extension, we’re making various alterations to help the existing home flow better with the newly created living areas.

Lots Done, Lots To Do

Willowbrook - 7th October 2022

New windows have been installed, doors are being fitted today. Plastering, painting and decorating is well underway. Bathrooms have been tiled. There’s still a lot to do but it should come together quickly now. Great work so far.

Almost Complete!

We are almost there with this project. The wood and glass kitchen extension is looking nothing short of breathtaking in this beautiful Cotswold sunshine.

Impressively Large Roof Structure

Coldwell Brook - 3rd October 2022

This site is transforming fast. The impressive two story wing is really taking shape as the guys work on the various wooden elements of the roof. A fair bit of masonry has been erected too, including some beautiful new Cotswold stone window frames.

New Outbuilding Construction

Waywardens - 30th September 2022

The conversion of this new living space is progressing well. The flooring slabs are being laid, velux windows have been installed and some lovely oak lintels have been added to match existing doorways.

New Renovation Project

Orchard House - 28th September 2022

Another new renovation project today. Other than the external structure, we’ve completely gutted this property and are starting from the ground up. The team are busy creating a solid new foundation for all the work that will be taking place above ground over the next few months - stay tuned!

Gray Cottage - 26th September 2022

We have a new project to show you today. We’re converting the attic space of this cottage in Gloucestershire to give the clients a beautiful new living space in their home. The entire roof structure is being replaced as part of this work.
