We’re at another of our large scale projects today. Since last time, the blockwork is to height on one length of the double story extension. The large new opening to the rear patio is present with a huge steel beam in place for support. The guys are currently creating a new opening where the extension will meet the main house.
VIEW UPDATE
Now for the update everyone’s been waiting for - the Bourton mega-extension - where huge progress has been made since our last update. Literally tons and tons of Beautiful Cotswold stone walls have been built up to full height, showing this project’s scale. Huge steel beams have been installed to support the various new roof structures that are currently being fitted.
We seem to have a lot of renovation + extension projects currently. Here’s an update from Willowbrook, where we’ve amended room layouts, added new openings and upgraded the thermal performance of the property with underfloor heating and a special roof.
We’re back at this beautiful Grade II listed property in Warwickshire where the foundations are complete and blockwork has begun on the sizable extension. Stay tuned to see great things happening at this site.
It’s time we check in with our extensive Grade II listed renovation in Campden.
This new flood defence wall is looking fantastic. We put our best guys on the stonework and it shows - It’s the highest quality finish. We’re just waiting on the toppers to complete the wall and then have the gate to install. Then this nice little project will be complete.
A lot’s happened since we were last here; The old garden room has been fully demolished, we’ve created a bigger opening in the existing building to accommodate the larger extension, a new concrete foundation has been poured, steel beams have been erected marking out the size of the new extension for the first time and there’s even some new stonework.
It’s Finished Project Friday so here we present the completed re-roof of Maylyns.
The roof is complete on the Bledington annex and it really allows us to appreciate how great of a new space this will be. The stone and tiles look great together and are so complementary to the surrounding area.
