Extensive Roofwork

High Beeches - 23rd September 2022

We’re back with a check in at the Bourton mega-extension today, where great progress has been made in erecting the various roof structures. It’s no small feat getting a lid on this beast!

First Fix Complete

Covenant House - 21st September 2022

We’re at our Grade II listed property today where the extension structure is complete, along with the first fix of the electrics and plumbing. Painting and decorating is in full swing throughout this extensive home.

Repointing Stonework

Waywardens - 7th September 2022

We have a new project so show you today. We’ve been contracted to convert an outbuilding into a beautiful and functional home office space. The team have already removed an old upper floor, created a very tidy new opening in the wall to join to the main home and another for a large new window and are currently repointing the stonework. Great work so far - stay tuned!

Bat Box

Coldwell Brook - 5th September 2022

We’re at another of our large scale projects today. Since last time, the blockwork is to height on one length of the double story extension. The large new opening to the rear patio is present with a huge steel beam in place for support. The guys are currently creating a new opening where the extension will meet the main house.

Bourton Mega-Extension

High Beeches - 2nd September 2022

Now for the update everyone’s been waiting for - the Bourton mega-extension - where huge progress has been made since our last update. Literally tons and tons of Beautiful Cotswold stone walls have been built up to full height, showing this project’s scale. Huge steel beams have been installed to support the various new roof structures that are currently being fitted.

Thermal Performance

We seem to have a lot of renovation + extension projects currently. Here’s an update from Willowbrook, where we’ve amended room layouts, added new openings and upgraded the thermal performance of the property with underfloor heating and a special roof.

Blockwork Has Begun

The Malthouse - 29th August 2022

We’re back at this beautiful Grade II listed property in Warwickshire where the foundations are complete and blockwork has begun on the sizable extension. Stay tuned to see great things happening at this site.

Mill House Flood Defence - 24th August 2022

This new flood defence wall is looking fantastic. We put our best guys on the stonework and it shows - It’s the highest quality finish. We’re just waiting on the toppers to complete the wall and then have the gate to install. Then this nice little project will be complete.

Steel Beam Layout

Paythorne - 22nd August 2022

A lot’s happened since we were last here; The old garden room has been fully demolished, we’ve created a bigger opening in the existing building to accommodate the larger extension, a new concrete foundation has been poured, steel beams have been erected marking out the size of the new extension for the first time and there’s even some new stonework.
