Our speciality is working with protected buildings and today we have our next listed project to show you. We are turning this incredibly old malt house into a beautiful and functional living space.
VIEW UPDATE
The hole in the ground from last visit has become this wonderful timber frame out building. The team have been battling through the worst conditions to get to this point - heavy rains and snow haven't stopped them as they construct this ‘no nails’ traditional style home office.
This is one of the home renovations we’ve been working on in Chadlington. The client’s have been back in for a short while and it’s nice to see our work being lived in and enjoyed by the clients - no staged photos here!
We’re at the Malthouse extension today, where the skeleton of the new structure is complete and we’re deep into the process of laying the underfloor heating. This project is coming along very nicely.
In time for Christmas, the team completed the single to double storey rebuild of the wing connecting two parts of this home. The team are now busy with the next stage of this project, converting the attic space into one large, open ensuite bedroom.
We’re back to show you some of the bedrooms and bathrooms of the recently completed Grade II listed Gloucestershire home. These are some very comfortable rooms!
One of our Grade II listed restoration projects has come to an end. The showpiece is the Cotswold stone and glass single storey extension we built that now houses a beautiful kitchen/dining space.
Last time we were at the Bourton mega extension the new floors were vast, cavernous spaces. Now, at various stages, we have internal walls, plasterboard, plastering and even final paint and second fix electrics.
We’ve taken a neglected outbuilding and turned it into a dream home office.
