Bathroom installations are also progressing, with tiling now underway. This stage requires careful setting out and coordination with existing services, as the project moves closer to final fit-out.
Externally, attention has turned to the groundworks. A substantial retaining wall is currently being formed, with reinforced foundations in place to manage the change in levels across the site. This will play a key role in shaping the finished garden and ensuring long-term stability.
