Work has now entered its final phase, with many of the principal rooms either complete or close to completion. The focus has shifted firmly to finishing details, as the house transitions from a construction site into a fully realised home.
The kitchen and dining areas are now a standout feature of the project. The newly fitted kitchen is in place, with all units installed and ready for final finishing touches. These spaces are beginning to show their full potential, forming the heart of the home and setting the tone for the overall interior.

Across the property, bathrooms are nearing completion, with fixtures, fittings and joinery being carefully installed. Second-fix works continue throughout, alongside bespoke elements such as window boxes, which are being formed to create clean, refined junctions and a consistent finish across each room.
In the upper storey, the attic rooms have been transformed by boxing out the new roof window openings. These spaces are now fully prepped for the final round of plastering and painting, marking a significant shift from structural framing to finished, habitable rooms.
