Alongside this, plasterboarding is now well underway. The ground floor is largely complete, with the team currently progressing through the upper level. As each space is boarded out, the rooms are becoming more defined, transitioning the project from exposed structure into a recognisable interior.



Externally, the installation of new glazing has made a noticeable impact. With the majority of windows now in place, the property is benefiting from increased natural light, while also moving closer to a fully sealed and weather-tight envelope.
