The property is currently in its most skeletal state, a phase that is essential for ensuring the building’s long-term stability and performance.
Our mechanical and electrical teams are on-site progressing with the first-fix installations. This stage involves threading the complex network of cabling and plumbing through the original and new frameworks. By exposing the floor joists, we have been able to run new services with total accuracy, ensuring that every light switch and outlet is perfectly positioned according to the final design intent.

Internally, the new floor plan is becoming tangible as stud walls are erected to define the redefined living spaces. We are currently constructing a new walk-in shower suite and separating the primary ground-floor areas to improve the home’s flow. Insulation is also being meticulously fitted around new window openings, a critical detail for the thermal efficiency and comfort of this contemporary renovation.
Externally, the modern extension at the rear has reached a key milestone. The structure is now fully wrapped in a high-performance weather-resistant membrane, acting as a protective envelope while we prepare for the final aesthetic finish. This wrap provides the ideal substrate for the bespoke cedar cladding, which will soon be installed to provide a striking, natural contrast to the existing architecture.
