This advanced infrastructure serves as the essential backbone of the home’s modern requirements, ensuring that the newly updated power and lighting circuits are managed with total precision and safety across the entire estate.
The new single-storey extension is the standout feature of the property. The installation of the large roof lanterns has been a significant milestone, flooding the new kitchen and dining areas with natural light and providing a modern, architectural contrast to the traditional Cotswold stone masonry.
Externally, the transition to a completed garden space is well underway with the construction of a bespoke timber pagoda and a new stone patio. These elements create a dedicated area for outdoor entertaining, designed to harmonise with the existing architecture while offering a luxurious vantage point over the West Oxfordshire landscape.
