We are back on site alongside the timber-clad commercial barn we completed a couple of years ago. The client has commissioned a new project, and the initial phase of the build has now begun.
Heavy plant machinery is currently managing the site preparation and excavation. The early drainage infrastructure is already in place, with service pipes positioned across the footprint of the new build.
The foundation stage has advanced steadily. The first concrete base slabs have been poured and are currently curing over the damp-proof membrane. While the exact details of the interior spaces are still under wraps, the scale and position of the new addition are now clearly defined on the ground.
With the concrete bases set, the site is prepared for the upcoming structural phase - stay tuned!
