Work is now underway, where this characterful listed property is entering the very earliest stages of its transformation. From the outside, the home already has an impressive presence, and inside, the scale of what is to come is beginning to emerge.
Our electrical team is currently on site in full force, carrying out a major overhaul of the property’s wiring. Rather than approaching it as a full strip-out rewire, the aim is to carefully retain and make use of existing infrastructure wherever practical, helping to respect the building’s historic fabric while bringing it up to modern standards.
Elsewhere throughout the house, rooms are being stripped back and opened up in preparation for the wider renovation works ahead. Finishes, fixtures and dated elements are being removed, allowing the original features, structure and layout to be properly assessed before the next phase begins.
