We operate across the North Cotswolds, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, and Gloucestershire—often in areas with limited public transportation—therefore, a full driving licence is mandatory for all positions.

All roles are full-time with immediate starts unless otherwise stated. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, with optional weekend work. Salaries are dependent on experience and paid weekly.

Carpenter

Job Description

We seek an experienced Carpenter to join our dynamic team, working on diverse and prestigious properties throughout the Cotswolds.

Main Activities and Duties

  • Perform first and second fix carpentry
  • External cladding installation
  • Fit external and internal doors/windows
  • Optional experience in cut roofs

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years carpentry experience
  • Excellent communication skills

Electrical Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical team across a variety of high-end and heritage construction projects. This role combines hands-on technical knowledge with team leadership, requiring a proactive problem-solver who can ensure the smooth operation, safety, and performance of all electrical systems. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and tradespeople to deliver excellence on every job, maintaining our commitment to quality craftsmanship and compliance throughout.

Main Activities and Duties

  • Supervise and manage a team of electricians, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard.
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across active sites.
  • Conduct regular inspections to monitor electrical system performance and ensure full compliance.
  • Interpret and implement electrical schematics and technical drawings accurately.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align electrical work with overall project goals and timelines.
  • Plan workloads, allocate resources, and track progress against agreed project deadlines.
  • Identify and troubleshoot faults, including logic controller issues and general mechanical-electrical integration problems.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of work completed, materials used, and system updates.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to apprentices and team members to build capability and consistency.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills and experience supervising teams within an electrical or mechanical setting.
  • Excellent understanding of electrical systems, including logic controllers and complex schematics.
  • Solid mechanical knowledge, especially in diagnosing and resolving integrated system faults.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, including planning, resource coordination, and delivery.
  • Effective communicator with strong written and verbal English language skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with attention to safety and quality at every stage.

Electrician

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across diverse projects in the Cotswolds. Company vehicle provided.

Main Activities and Duties

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes and safety standards
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently and accurately
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Collaborate with team members and other trades to complete projects promptly
  • Perform routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure safety
  • Maintain precise records of materials used and work conducted

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' electrical experience preferred
  • Valid electrician's licence or relevant certification
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
