Work began by removing the upper floor to create a large open space. We then removed part of the internal wall to form a doorway through to the existing home. Other openings were created in the external wall and roof for additional windows and all of the stonework was repointed.
Electrics were installed, stone slabs made up the floor and the most epic bookcase was designed, built and installed by our joinery. It was all topped off by wood burning stove installation to create one cosy home office.
Elsewhere on site we constructed a stone, timber and slate outbuilding to house logs, bins and garden/outdoor paraphernalia. This was hooked up with electrics including an EV charger.
