Internally, the space is rapidly taking shape. The bespoke kitchen installation is currently underway, complemented by the fitting of a wood-burning stove and sleek, industrial steel-framed glazing. To ensure the highest level of comfort, underfloor heating has been commissioned and we are progressing with the installation of large-format floor tiles across the primary living areas.
Our electrical team is on-site installing heritage-style brass conduits and precision junction boxes. These high-end fixings have been selected to sit beautifully against the rustic texture of the exposed Cotswold stone walls, maintaining the building's character while providing modern functionality. The attention to detail in these first and second-fix stages is what defines the CCG approach.

Externally, the focus remains on traditional craftsmanship. Our masons are currently constructing dry-stone walling and a dedicated area for outdoor cooking and entertaining. These elements are designed to bridge the gap between the historic main residence and the modern luxury of the new annex, creating a unified aesthetic across the entire estate.
Next week we move on to final joinery and completing the external paving; stay tuned as it won't be long before we can reveal this finished project.
