The roofing work is well underway on the side extension, with new battens in place and tiles being fitted. The rear extension zinc roof is complete. Inside both the side and rear extensions the plastering is complete and ready for painting.

Also in these new areas some beautiful large stone tiles have been laid, setting the foundation for a comfortable, modern interior.

Throughout the rest of the house rooms are racing towards completion. We have underfloor heating being installed. Elegant teal fish scale has been tiled in the new attic conversion bathroom, adding a unique touch to the space. The substantial reroofing of the existing home is complete.

The project is taking shape beautifully, blending traditional and contemporary elements seamlessly.
